COUNSELLING

WHAT IS COUNSELLING?

Whether the situation is desperate and you just don't know who to turn to, or perhaps there has been a problem brewing for a long while and you've just made a decision to talk to someone professional.

Whatever your relationship, problem, stage of life you're in, single, married, widowed or divorced, our counsellors are here to help.

Counselling can help you to understand your feelings and find a way forward.

The first step is to come along for an assessment appointment to make sure we are the right organisation for you and can help.

IS IT CONFIDENTIAL?
All of our counsellors are experienced, qualified and bound by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) professional code of ethics and practice.  So you can be assured that your confidentiality is guaranteed.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
No one is ever turned away for financial reasons.

Our fees are:
£45 - for individual per session
£60 - for couple per session

And we can negotiate special fees for those with financial difficulties.  You can discuss this at your assessment session.
